Body odor is due to bacteria reacting with accumulated sweat in the areas where there are closed skin folds. Popular sites for odor to get a grip on include the underarms and around the groin. Epidural Analgesia - An epidural is performed by a trained anaesthetist. A needle is inserted in the lower back into the epidural space which is the within the spinal column, and a fine plastic tube is threaded through it. A local anaesthetic solution is then given through the tube at regular intervals or continuously in a diluted form for as long as pain relief is required. The effect is felt in ten to 15 minutes. Epidural analgesia only blocks off any feeling of pain from the waist down. 

There’s a feeling inside But I put aside and I just have to concea it with laughters, but there are times that I cannot deny to myself that this heart does cry. the lovely sunrise, chirping birds, the familiar sight of your cramped bedroom and the scent of your good old pajamas.. you stretched your arms signaling the awakening of a new dawn, the coming of a new day.. the stillness of the air makes you wonder if this day will just be another ordinary one or will it be something that was bound to change you for the rest of your life.. well, who knows?.. but come to think of it, it’s funny how we even get to think of that before anything else.. how we plan for the day ahead and think of the what might’s we can indulge ourselves to.. it’s funny how when we wake up, we immediately think of ways on how to to solve our never-ending saga of problems and to continue the work we left the other night.. and all we can do is argue with ourselves, contend with other people and when all else fails, complain and keep whining.. we just never learn.. we just don’t seem to grow up.. and we just never understand that there’s more to life than pathetic problems and boring, old routines.. it just never occured to us to stop, pause for a moment and even for a second or two, savor each breath we have and just be grateful for whatever we have.. it just never dawned on us that what if, we will not woke up someday?

You know how when you were a little kid and you believed in fairy tales, that fantasy of what your life would be, white dress, prince charming who would carry you away to a castle on a hill. You would lie in bed at night and close your eyes and you had complete and utter faith. Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, Prince Charming, they were so close you could taste them, but eventually you grow up, one day you open your eyes and the fairy tale disappears. Most people turn to the things and people they can trust. But the thing is its hard to let go of that fairy tale entirely cause almost everyone has that smallest bit of hope, of faith, that one day they will open their eyes and it will come true..

Remembering the times that i thought that i would never love again brings back bad memories, knowing that i was so afraid to get hurt again. I then became numb and i remember living my life like i was dead, no more emotions nor pain felt, but then you came into my life and loving you made my life change. My life has been filled with hope, love and because of you i learned how to love honestly. I learned how to forgive and forget. I then became a better person and like the song maybe its you. I know that its you that i’ve been waiting for all of my life. I love you more than my life and always remember that i will always love you forever.
